This 300 square foot Upper West Side residence required a full interior renovation. With a limited budget, the goals were to reuse existing resources as much as possible, maximize the use of space, and work according to sustainable design principles. The existing loft over the living room obstructing two windows was removed and replaced along the back wall to free the windows and maximize natural light.
