Upper East Side Residence

Danconia Interiors designed and executed the renovation of a complete 2 bedroom Upper East Side residence. The floor layout was reconfigured to allow for the addition of a 2nd bedroom, while the Kitchen area was opened up towards the living room. In addition to a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation, a new 5" light maple was installed with new painted baseboards throughout. Closets were enlarged and reconstructed with custom interior shelving and drawers. Along the window wall, custom built-ins were installed to obscure the AC units and offer greater storage space for the client.
